How Listing Sorting Works
#
FAQ: How are listings sorted in the directory?
Q: How does the listing sorting work?
A: Listings are organized by membership tier to give premium members additional visibility benefits:
- Premium members appear first in search results
- Standard members appear in the middle tier
- All other listings appear in the final tier
Within each tier, listings are randomly sorted to ensure fair visibility for all members. This means that while premium members get priority placement, all members within the same tier have equal opportunity to appear near the top of filtered results.
Q: Is there any favoritism in the sorting?
A: No. The only factor that affects sorting is your membership tier. There is no manual prioritization or favoritism - the system treats all members within the same tier equally.
Q: How often does the sorting change?
A: The sorting is randomized each time the system cache is rebuilt, which happens regularly to ensure fresh results and fair visibility for all members. Typically every 8-24 hours.

Common Issues and Solutions
#
Events Not Displaying
Problem: You may not see all events you have submitted in your dashboard.
Solution: Visit the Members Events List URL, which collates events differently than the dashboard.
Note: This can sometimes happen if we have been importing your events from Eventbrite.
#
Eventbrite Integration
If you use Eventbrite to manage your events, we can connect and import all events from your organization.
To set up Eventbrite integration:
- Contact our support team
- Provide your Eventbrite organization details
- We'll configure the connection for automatic event imports
#
Company Listing Issues
Problem: You don't see a company in your My Listings page, but your company is listed in the directory.
Possible Causes:
- You are not the owner of the company listing
- You are not a sub-account of the company listing owner
- Your listing has become detached from your account
Solution: Contact support and we can reconnect your listing to your account.
