# Course Enrollment

When you log in to the academy, you will see courses available to you in different states. Each course type has different enrollment requirements and access levels.

# Course Types and Enrollment

Expand the boxes below to see examples of each course type:

Clicking "Join Now" on a free course will immediately enroll you in the course.

These courses require an active membership or team membership to access. If you don't currently have access via one of these methods, you'll see a "Subscribe Now" banner.

Clicking "Join Now" will immediately add you to the course as part of your membership benefits.

These are courses you have been automatically enrolled into either as part of your membership or by your Seat Manager.

# My Courses

To see which courses you are enrolled in:

1. Go to Courses in the navigation
2. Filter by "My"

To see courses available to you that you are not enrolled in:

1. Go to Courses in the navigation
2. Choose "Not Enrolled" in the filter

To see courses with certifications:

1. Go to Courses in the navigation
2. Choose "Certificate" in the filter

# Course Progress and Management

# Progress Tracking

When you have joined a course, a progress bar will appear showing how much of the course you have completed.

# Automatic Enrollment

If you don't remember joining a course but can see a progress bar, it likely means you've been automatically enrolled by your Seat Manager.

# Enrollment Policies

• You cannot unenroll from a course once you have joined it
• If you wish to be unenrolled, please contact our support team
• Your enrollment and progress are preserved even if your membership is paused or cancelled

# Membership Changes

If your membership is paused or cancelled and you resume it later, you will not lose your enrollment or progress in any courses.
