# Accessing Technology Listings

# From Your Listings Dashboard

1. Log into your vendor account at https://www.b2bea.org/account
2. Click the Listings tab in the left sidebar
3. Navigate to Your Technology section
4. View your technology profile or add a new technology if none exists

• Technology Profile: Your main technology listing in the directory

# Creating a New Technology Listing

1. Click "Add Technology" button
2. Fill in required information:
   • Technology name and industry
   • Technology size and founding year
   • Headquarters location
   • Primary contact details
3. Add technology description and services
4. Upload technology assets (logo, photos, materials)
5. Save and publish your technology listing

# Editing Existing Technology Information

1. Locate your technology in the Your Technology section or when logged in visit your technology page and look for the edit button.
2. Click "Edit" to modify information
3. Update details as needed:
   • Technology information and contact details
   • Services and industry focus
   • Visual assets and branding
4. Save changes using the button at the bottom of the page.

1. You are not the owner of the technology listing
2. You are not a sub-account of the technology listing owner
3. Your listing has become detached from your account

Solution: Contact support and we can reconnect your listing to your account.

• Verify you have ownership or sub-account access
• Check that your vendor membership is active
• Contact the membership owner if access issues persist
