# Accessing Company Listings

# From Your Listings Dashboard

  1. Log into your vendor account at https://www.b2bea.org/account
  2. Click the Listings tab in the left sidebar
  3. Navigate to Your Company section
  4. View your company profile or add a new company if none exists

# If You Have a Company Listed

  • Company Profile: Your main company listing in the directory
  • Edit Options: Modify company information and details
  • Status Information: Publication and visibility settings

  • Add Company Button: A button to create your company listing

# Creating a New Company Listing

  1. Click "Add Company" button
  2. Fill in required information:
    • Company name and industry
    • Company size and founding year
    • Headquarters location
    • Primary contact details
  3. Add company description and services
  4. Upload company assets (logo, photos, materials)
  5. Save and publish your company listing

# Editing Existing Company Information

  1. Locate your company in the Your Company section or when logged in visit your company page and look for the edit button.
  2. Click "Edit" to modify information
  3. Update details as needed:
    • Company information and contact details
    • Services and industry focus
    • Visual assets and branding
  4. Save changes using the button at the bottom of the page.

Problem: You don't see a company in your My Listings page, but your company is listed in the directory.

Possible Causes:

  1. You are not the owner of the company listing
  2. You are not a sub-account of the company listing owner
  3. Your listing has become detached from your account

Solution: Contact support and we can reconnect your listing to your account.

  • Verify you have ownership or sub-account access
  • Check that your vendor membership is active
  • Contact the membership owner if access issues persist
