Pausing a subscription

Should you need to pause your B2B eCommerce Association mebership you may do so from the My Account page.
Recurring payment options only
Pausing a subscription only works with credit or debit card payments on recurring subscrioptions. If you pay by invoice it is not possible to pause a membership from the My Account dashboard.

Pausing a membership
You will not be able to access premium content
Pausing your membership is the same as cancelling, but temporary. You will lose access to courses, premium and exlcusive content. You will continue to enjoy the same benefits as the Network Membership.
To pause your membership:
- Go to My Account
- Click on Subscriptions!
- Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
- Choose "Pause"
- Pick the new plan and update your billing

Resuming a membership
To Resume your membership:
- Go to My Account
- Click on Subscriptions!
- Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
- Choose "Resume"
- Pick the new plan and update your billing
