Should you need to pause your B2B eCommerce Association mebership you may do so from the My Account page.

# Pausing a membership

To pause your membership:

Pause your recurring subscription from My Account
Pause your recurring subscription from My Account

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click on Subscriptions!
  3. Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
  4. Choose "Pause"
  5. Pick the new plan and update your billing

# Resuming a membership

To Resume your membership:

  1. Go to My Account
  2. Click on Subscriptions!
  3. Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
  4. Choose "Resume"
  5. Pick the new plan and update your billing
