Payment Method Options
B2BEA offers two payment methods for professional memberships:
- Credit/Debit Card - Automatic recurring payments
- Invoice - Manual payment processing

Updating Your Payment Card
If you need to update your credit card details:
- Go to My Account
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
- Choose "Update"
- Enter your new card details

Changing Payment Methods

When Changing Plans
When upgrading or downgrading your membership, you can choose your preferred payment method:
- Go to My Account
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click the 3 dots on the end of the subscription
- Choose "Change Plan"
- Select your new plan and choose your payment method (Card or Invoice)

For Existing Subscriptions
Important Payment Method Limitations
If your subscription was originally set up with a credit card, you cannot change it to invoice payment through your account dashboard. This is a system limitation.
If you see "Update" option:
- Your subscription is set up for card payments
- You can only update your card details, not change to invoice
- Contact support if you need to switch to invoice payments
If you don't see "Update" option:
- Your subscription is already set to invoice payments
- You'll receive invoices directly for renewals
