# What is a Team / Multiseat / Enablement Pack

Multiple Seats Offering is a B2B toolkit that enables us to offer multiple memberships and access to courses to groups of users by simultaneously handing over the management of this group to one of members.

With Multi Seats Offering, our members can create Seats and Seat Offerings and select the courses included, the number of seats, the maximum number of users that can be part of this Seat Offering, and assign one or more Seat managers to this offering. They are able to bring the benefit of B2BEA membership to users as part of their offering.

Seat managers are able to bulk import and enroll users to their Seat offer, manage the available seats and the enrollments, and monitor the user progress.

# How Do I Join a Multiseat?

A seat manager must enroll you or invite you to their offering.

# How Do I Leave a Multiseat?

You will need to contact your seat manager to leave a seat offering.

# I Am in a Multiseat But Cannot Access Courses

When you are added to an offering you may be part of the group but not in a "seat". This is a feature to allow seat managers to assign and unassign access on a more flexible basis. Contact your seat manager if you have any concerns.

# What is a Seat Manager?

A seat manager is a person who controls whether or not you have access to one of their allotted memberships. For example, Acme Manufacturing buys 25 seats per year to distribute to their sales and marketing team. As people join and leave the company they are added and removed from the offering, able to undertake the B2B eCommerce CPD.

# How Do I Find Out Who My Seat Manager Is?

If you cannot see details of the seat manager in your account then you can do 2 things to find your seat manager:

  • Check your emails for your original invite
  • Contact us for help

# How Do I Contact My Seat Manager?

There is no way to contact your seat manager through the training academy.
