A seat manager must enroll you or invite you to their offering.
You will need to contact your seat manager to leave a seat offering.
When you are added to an offering you may be part of the group but not in a "seat". This is a feature to allow seat managers to assign and unassign access on a more flexible basis. Contact your seat manager if you have any concerns.
A seat manager is a person who controls whether or not you have access to one of their allotted memberships. For example, Acme Manufacturing buys 25 seats per year to distribute to their sales and marketing team. As people join and leave the company they are added and removed from the offering, able to undertake the B2B eCommerce CPD.
If you cannot see details of the seat manager in your account then you can do 2 things to find your seat manager:
- Check your emails for your original invite
- Contact us for help
There is no way to contact your seat manager through the training academy.
